Stubbe’s Precast Balconies offer a durable, efficient solution that can be tailored to virtually any building design. Available as either prestressed or conventionally reinforced, our balconies are manufactured in a controlled indoor environment and finished with a light, non-slip broom texture for safety and usability.

Each unit can be customized to meet unique architectural requirements, including radiused edges, upstands, and sloped surfaces with drip edges to ensure proper drainage. Often paired with Hollowcore slabs, precast balconies help accelerate construction schedules by providing an immediate working platform for other trades upon installation.
