Whispercrete™ Noise Barrier Systems

Stubbe’s Precast offers Whispercrete™, a high-performance line of precast concrete noise barrier systems designed to meet the acoustic, aesthetic, and structural needs of a wide range of applications. Whether you require sound absorption or sound reflection, Whispercrete™ panels are engineered to deliver proven results in both urban and infrastructure environments.

Available in single or double-sided absorptive (NRC ≥ 0.70) reflective concrete finishes, Whispercrete™ can be customized to meet project-specific sound attenuation and visual requirements.

System Features:

Post-and-panel design for efficient installation
Standard post spacing: 4.88 m (16’)
Panel heights: 0.5 m (1.64’) and 1.0 m (3.28’)
Wall heights: up to 13.5 m (44.3’)
Hot-dip galvanized steel posts with optional precast post facings.
STC ratings up to 49, meeting stringent noise reduction needs
MTO DSM #5.50.20 approved for precast barriers
Panels manufactured in a CPCI-certified Ontario facility
Integrated retaining wall options for combined grade control and noise abatement
Wide range of patterns, textures, and colours for visual appeal and community compatibility
