Stubbe’s Precast introduced the Scraper Alley Tube System to the Canadian market in 2011, offering dairy farmers a smarter, more efficient alternative to traditional scraper barn designs.
This U.S.-patented system is engineered to keep the scrape alley clean and dry by moving manure below the floor surface, eliminating the wave effect often associated with conventional scraper systems.
Manufactured in our advanced precast facility, each 20-foot tube is precision-formed with tongue-and-groove joints that are bolted and sealed to ensure leak-free performance. The system is suitable for both new construction and retrofits into existing barns.
High-strength 5,000 PSI concrete
Secure tongue-and-groove connections
2” wide slotted opening for effective manure removal
Dowel connections tie the system into the floor structure
Canadian patent pending
Stubbe’s Scraper Alley Tube System offers a reliable, low-maintenance solution that helps improve barn hygiene and cow comfort—all while reducing labour demands.
